The Commissioner for Insurance, Mr. Olusegun Omosehin has convened Quarterly Staff General Meeting, marking the first such gathering since the successful conclusion of the insurance industry recapitalisation exercise.
The meeting provided a platform for management and staff to reflect on the achievements of the recapitalisation programme, align on the Commission’s strategic priorities for the post-recapitalisation era, and discuss key issues relating to staff welfare, institutional effectiveness, and organisational growth.
Deliberations underscored NAICOM’s unwavering commitment to strengthened regulation and supervision, continuous staff development, operational excellence, and the advancement of a more resilient, competitive, and trusted insurance industry.
