Leadway PFA has won the Pension Company of the Year at the 14th BusinessDay Banks and Other Financial Institutions (BAFI) Awards 2026, recognising its impressive performance in redefining pension security and long-term wealth creation in Nigeria.
The PFA of the Year award recognises pension administrators that demonstrate strong performance across investment management, contributor growth, customer experience, technological capability and retirement access to workforce. For Leadway PFA, the recognition builds on more than 20 years of experience in pension administration and fund management.
