Universal Insurance Plc has been conferred with the prestigious award of Excellence in General Insurance Leadership Company of the year 2022 at the annual Excellence in Corporate Enterprise and Leadership Awards (EXCEL AFRICA AWARDS).
The insurer was bestowed the Excellence Award recently, for its operational excellence, branch network, effectiveness of the network, quality service delivery and customer relations.
The EXCEL AFRICA Awards, an initiative of the African Leadership Review Media and the African Institute for Leadership Excellence, is designed to celebrate selected African Corporate Organisations who have made outstanding contribution to the development of the continent, the economic aspirations of its citizenry and the transformation of Africa’s image in the global arena.
While receiving the award on behalf of the Company, the Managing Director, Dr. Ben Ujoatuonu, expressed his gratitude to the organisers of the event for the well-deserved award.
