The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has disowned fraudulent recruitment websites claiming to represent NAICOM and soliciting applications for employment.
In a statement issued today, the management of NAICOM informed the general public that the commission does not endorse any recruitment website other than its official platform.
The insurance regulator further clarified that it is neither currently conducting any recruitment exercise nor is it offering any grants or financial assistance programmes, adding that any information suggesting otherwise is false and should be disregarded.
NAICOM therefore warned that it shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of engaging with fraudulent recruitment websites or individuals misrepresenting the Commission.
For accurate information regarding recruitment, grants or any other official communication from NAICOM, the general public were advised to refer to the official website of the commission or contact the government agency through its recognised communication channels.
